CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist).  CRS members represent the top 4% of all Realtors in the country.  Only 39,000 agents in the United States have advanced training and experience required to hold a CRS designation. 

CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert). CDPE agents have a thorough understanding of complex issues in today’s turbulent real estate industry and knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners.

Completed two national certification  courses to receive a designation as a Certified New Home Specialist and as a Residential Construction Specialist. 

Honored with the Rising Star award for exceptional performance my first year in Big Bear. 

Personal

My husband and I raised four children in Southern California and enjoyed our Big Bear getaway for years. We decided to "sell it all" and move to Big Bear when it became more and more difficult to go home from the mountain paradise. Now a resident of Big Bear for over ten years I am utilizing my skills from over twenty years of business experience to further my real estate career and help others find ways to accomplish their dream of owning a home in the mountains. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, boating, water skiing, snow skiing, hiking with my chocolate lab, gardening, golfing and just enjoying the great outdoors.
